Electric Vehicle Charging.  Electric Vehicles are no longer a vision for tomorrow. They are here today and all indicators point to EVs quickly becoming a growing mode of transportation. Very few homes have satisfactory EV charging facilities.

We believe our homeowners  should be able to accommodate EVs now. Each of our garages is roughed-in for a 240V, 40 Amp Circuit which enables installation of a Level 2 charging station which will allow most EVs to be charged within 8-12 hours. The smaller batteries of plug-in Hybrid EVs can be charged even faster, usually within 3-5 hours.

Quality Construction & Proper Insulation.  Our new homes are not the drafty and uncomfortable homes of yesterday. With an Energy Star rating number over 80, our new homes save energy, and a lot of it! The insulation and construction techniques of today are a vast improvement of those typical only a decade ago. That means less pollution in the environment, and more money in your wallet.

Tankless Hot Water Heaters.  All of our homes come standard with Energy Star rated tankless hot water heaters. Keeping hot water hot in a big tank takes energy. Tankless hot water heaters provide hot water on demand and save energy. The rated tankless hot water heaters in our homes will typically save 25-35% in energy costs and last longer too, making them a wise choice from both economic and environmental perspectives.

Energy Star Appliances.  All of our home appliances are Energy Star certified products, which saves you money and helps reduce the impact on our environment. Our furnaces are 95% efficient, variable-speed systems. A variable-speed system pairs a variable-speed blower with a computer-controlled thermostat. These systems can run at several different levels, adjusting automatically to maintain a constant, comfortable, temperature.

Low-E Double Pane Windows.  We only spec quality low-E double pane windows for our homes. Low-E stands for low emissivity, which means low levels of radiant heat are emitted, reducing heat transfer. Low-E windows use an invisible thin coat of metallic particles on the inside of double pane windows to achieve this low heat transfer. Additionally, this thin metallic coat limits UV penetration into the home, protecting household items from UV damage. Low-E coatings have come a long way in the last few years, creating a more comfortable home and saving a great deal of energy both at the same time.

All of our LED lighting has been chosen to produce the quality warm tones that most people appreciate.

Water Conservation.  One of the biggest drivers of HOA dues is the cost of water associated with landscaping. We have worked to minimize irrigation costs through wise design and management. Plantings have been chosen to provide a pleasing surrounding while at the same time minimizing water usage. Very importantly, the irrigation system has been designed to water efficiently and only when necessary.
